All orders (apart from express shipping) are now being delivered within 15 - 20 business days, so realistically 2 - 3 weeks, but it can take a bit longer depending on where you live.
We have absolutely no control over how fast third party shipping companies such as USPS or Royal Mail delivers.

VVS Jewelry sources from many artists and manufacturers locally and worldwide, therefore shipping time will vary depending on what you order and where you live.
For US orders, please allow 24 - 96 hours to process your order and 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships out from the warehouse.
For International orders, please allow 4 - 7 weeks for delivery. You may or may not receive a tracking number, but please rest assured that your order is on its way.
Sometimes there will be delays due to production, port issues, logistics holdups and other external factors. Although these external factors are outside our control, its completely normal and should not be a cause for concern if your order is late.
An order may be cancelled before it leaves the warehouse, however once your order ships out, we cannot refund your order under any circumstances.
If you do not receive your order in about 8 weeks, please contact us at email@example.com to resend your order + free gift or for a full refund.
Express orders are delivered within 5 - 10 business days after orders ship out and are delivered by Fedex or UPS.
In the event you enter the wrong shipping address and your package ships out, we cannot change the address while its in transit and USPS or Fedex may not be able to deliver your order. If that happens, they will either send the package back to the warehouse or discard your entire order.
If this happens, we will charge a 25% reshipment fee to reship your entire package.
If you choose not to pay the reshipment fee, unfortunately your order cannot be refunded because we shipped exactly what you ordered to the address you provided.
Please note that all cancellations received after 24 hours are subject to a 30% restock fee.
Once your order ships out we cannot cancel or refund.
Our return policy only covers missing, damaged or wrong delivered items. If a product is exactly as described, then we do not accept returns.
Additionally our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, we cannot offer a refund once your order has shipped. Please contact us for a refund or exchange after receiving your item.
If you're eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
A 30% restock fee + return shipping charge applies on all returns. Once your order is received and verified for damages, we will refund 70% less the cost of shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
We do not under no circumstances accept remorse returns.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or Missing Orders
Please note we are not liable for late or missing orders. If your tracking number shows its delivered on the shipper's website, whether its USPS or Royal Mail, 99% of the time the package is there and all you would have to do is search for the package - maybe its in the wrong mailbox or maybe someone picked it up for you.
If in any event that you cannot find the item that was successfully delivered as per USPS or Royal Mail tracker, we can still offer a redelivery but we'll charge 20% redelivery fee to send you out a new package.
If you choose not to pay the redelivery fee, unfortunately your order cannot be refunded because we shipped exactly what you ordered to the address you provided and the shipping company or tracker confirms the delivery of the items.
We would only reship or refund if the package is lost during transit. Also please note, once your order ships out we cannot cancel or refund.
