Hi. I just accidentally fell and damaged my watch. It flew off my wrist, how do I exercise the warranty that I paid for? What address do I send it to and how long does it normally take?
Sorry but the warranty covers parts against workmanship and defects and not damage caused by the wearer. We would advise getting the watch repaired at any local watch or jewelry store and we can send you a discount if you want to buy a replacement.
